After Covid-19, the Hotel Industry has witnessed a transformational shift and we were looking for a support partner who can conduct training as well as do performance appraisal for our newly hired staff members, both managers (HOD) as well as associates.
We, hired Ms. Honey Kumari, a soft skilled trainer cum Business HR Partner (proprietor of Mudita Consultancy) through our Business Partner, Tantraksha Pvt Ltd for following services:
1. Conduct an audit of the HR cum training need of the organization in the new Normal-post Pandemic Employee Well Being and Support.
2. Conduct soft skills training relating to team building and interpersonal skills among managers as well as associates of the Hotel.
3. Create some guidelines for Performance Appraisal training for Head of Department/Managers of the Hotel
She was able to perform the above duties within the stipulated time period and we had some great experience learning soft skills related to customer services, team bonding and interpersonal skills.
The fun-filled training model kept us exciting to learn from our trainer and her enthusiasm, positivity and life skills like yoga linked exercises helped us cope with the health constraints linked to our occupation.
She even went ahead and taught us some cool breathing techniques as morning routine to boost the confidence level and ability to interact with respect among employees, clients and seniors.
All in all, the 6 sessions over a period of 3 months really made our journey fruitful, she even supported us in completing the Annual Appraisal process and guided our HOD to conduct appraisal and internal training & coaching to the associates.
